By purchasing a ticket, booking transportation, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Transportation Service

We provide transportation to and from designated events using chartered motor coaches and buses operated by third-party transportation providers. Transportation schedules, pickup locations, and vehicle assignments are subject to change as necessary.

 2. Ticket Purchases and Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon successful payment.

Each purchased ticket reserves a seat on the selected trip. Seating is generally first-come, first-served unless otherwise specified.

3. All Sales Are Final

All ticket sales are final.

No refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided after purchase, including but not limited to:

- Change of personal plans
- Failure to attend the event
- Missed departures
- Late arrival at pickup locations
- Traffic delays affecting the customer
- Inclement weather
- Customer dissatisfaction with the event

If a customer arrives after the scheduled departure time and the bus has departed, no refund, credit, or replacement transportation will be provided.

4. Pickup Locations and Schedule Changes

Pickup locations, departure times, and return procedures may be modified due to traffic conditions, event operations, law enforcement directives, venue restrictions, weather conditions, or operational needs.

Customers are responsible for monitoring email, text messages, and other trip communications for updates.

Failure to review trip updates does not entitle a customer to a refund or compensation.

5. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must conduct themselves in a safe, respectful, and lawful manner at all times.

We reserve the right to deny boarding, remove, or refuse service to any passenger who:

- Is intoxicated to the point of impairment
- Is disorderly, disruptive, or abusive
- Threatens, harasses, or intimidates others
- Engages in violent conduct
- Damages property
- Violates applicable laws
- Creates a safety risk for passengers, staff, drivers, or the public

Any passenger removed from a vehicle or denied service due to misconduct shall not be entitled to a refund, reimbursement, or alternative transportation.

6. Alcohol, Drugs, and Prohibited Conduct

Passengers may not possess or consume illegal substances while using our services.

Any unlawful activity may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

We reserve the right to remove any passenger whose conduct jeopardizes the safety or comfort of others.

7. Assumption of Risk

Customers acknowledge that travel to and from events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

- Traffic accidents
- Road hazards
- Weather conditions
- Actions of other passengers
- Actions of third parties
- Event-related risks

By using our services, customers voluntarily assume all risks associated with transportation and attendance at events.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our company, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, and partners shall not be liable for:

- Personal injury
- Illness
- Death
- Property damage
- Theft
- Lost profits
- Emotional distress
- Delays
- Missed events
- Missed portions of events
- Transportation interruptions
- Acts of God
- Actions of third parties

Our total liability arising from any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable ticket.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive liability that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

9. Personal Property

Passengers are solely responsible for all personal belongings.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged property, including but not limited to:

- Phones
- Wallets
- Keys
- Bags
- Clothing
- Electronics
- Event merchandise

Items left on vehicles may not be recoverable.

10. Delays and Service Interruptions

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

- Traffic
- Accidents
- Weather
- Road closures
- Venue restrictions
- Security checkpoints
- Mechanical issues
- Government actions
- Circumstances beyond our control

No refunds or compensation shall be provided for such delays.

11. Third-Party Transportation Providers

Transportation may be provided by independent charter bus companies.

We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, negligence, or conduct of third-party transportation providers except as required by law.

12. Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the company, its officers, employees, agents, affiliates, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

- Violation of these Terms
- Customer misconduct
- Damage caused by the customer
- Injuries caused by the customer to others

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

- Natural disasters
- Severe weather
- Acts of terrorism
- Labor disputes
- Government actions
- Public health emergencies
- Venue closures
- Transportation disruptions

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting.

16. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket, booking transportation, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
