What’s included with my ticket?

Your ticket includes round-trip transportation to and from the event on a charter bus.

Where are the pickup locations?

The general pickup area is listed on each event page before booking. Your exact pickup location will be included in your confirmation email prior to the event. Because pickup and boarding availability in NYC can occasionally change, the final pickup location is subject to adjustment. If a change is necessary, the updated location will always remain within walking distance (less than 1 mile) of the original pickup location provided. Customers should also stay alert for trip updates, as any pickup location changes will be communicated immediately through email and/or text notifications.

How early should I arrive to the pickup location?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure time with your ticket ready to ensure a smooth check-in process.

Will the bus wait if I’m late?

Unfortunately, buses must depart on schedule and cannot wait for late passengers.

Can I choose my seat?

Seating is typically first come, first served unless reserved seating is offered for your trip.

Can I leave my personal belongings on the bus during the event?

Personal items are not allowed to stay on the bus during the event, we will not be responsible for lost items.

What happens after the event is over?

Your driver will provide return departure instructions before drop-off. Please return promptly after the event ends.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

All sales are final
